Customer Service Advisor

Quedgeley

£24,000

We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service to join an organisation who specialise in a range of gardening products. You will be joining a global, market leader! This role offers full training, a great team, and onsite parking.

Responsibilities

  • Managing many emails and phone calls
  • Accept and process sales orders from the above.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about delivery, orders, discounts, and part numbers, Promote offers to customers to increase sales.
  • Developing effective communication processes with internal teams throughout the organisation as well as external business partners.
  • Handling carrier and POD queries.

About you:

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Calm phone demeanour
  • Proactive in business.
  • Computer proficient with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capable of handling several systems.
  • Strong customer service experience is preferable
