Customer Support Coordinator

Our client, a well-established company with over 40 years of success in the industry, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as a Customer Support Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and coordinating service schedules. Experience is not essential, as full training is provided!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service when communicating with clients.
  • Record and manage customer interactions and service requests.
  • Coordinate and schedule service visits, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Liaise between clients, technicians, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage emails and support tickets professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain high standards of care and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Assist with additional administrative and customer service duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Competent with basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to manage tasks and prioritise effectively
