The purpose of this role is to act as first point of contact for both customers and engineers. We need someone really dynamic and forward thinking. It is a fast-paced, demanding role and you will be managing problems, breakdowns and emergencies all over the UK. Daily activities within the department are focused to ensure timely fulfilment of customer needs and to constantly improve the level of customer service provided while working as a collaborative member of a really supportive team.

Principal Responsibilities/Duties

  • Responding to incoming service requests and technical queries - both telephone and via email
  • Scheduling and planning engineers diaries
  • Communicating with customers
  • Promoting the business, building positive relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Carrying out admin to ensure all relevant parts are available and in place for work to be carried out
  • Liaising with sub-contractors
