The role involves scheduling equipment repairs, responding to callouts, and managing customer communications. The position offers a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as private medical insurance and 25 days of holiday. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Our client, a distributor of specialist and high-quality equipment and services to the medical industry, is currently going through a rapid growth period and are recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join their growing and busy team. They currently have an opening for a full-time Service Support Coordinator based from their offices in Quedgeley.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment breakdowns and repairs are scheduled and completed on time and callouts are responded to within agreed timescales.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with experience working in a customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Ensuring that all service breakdowns and repairs are scheduled ensuring all paperwork is sent out to engineers

-Raising sourcing and pricing requests for parts

-Issuing customer quotations for call outs and parts

-Assisting with the management of the email inbox as well as answering incoming calls

Candidate Attributes:

-Previous experience in customer focussed role

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Good level of IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft applications

-Strong attention to detail

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: Up to £30k per annum depending on experience + private medical insurance, 25 days holidays + bank holidays and team and social events!
