Juice Cheltenham is excited to be supporting a fantastic client in their search for a Service Support Coordinator, based in Gloucester.

We are looking for a Service Support Specialist Coordinator to join our clients expanding service coordination team. This role involves ensuring that equipment breakdowns and repairs are scheduled and completed on time, responding to callouts within agreed timescales, and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule service breakdowns and repairs, ensuring all necessary documentation is managed and processed within set deadlines.
  • Review and manage open work orders to ensure timely resolution, identify and process chargeable service calls, and minimize system downtime.
  • Handle sourcing and pricing requests for parts needed for service.
  • Manage customer calls and provide coverage for team absences as needed.
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations for services and parts.
  • Attend team meetings and assist with process improvements as required.
  • Oversee the service support mailbox and manage the service support dashboard.
  • Assist with monitoring key performance indicators for the service operations team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in a customer-focused role, with strong communication skills and the ability to work within a busy team environment.
  • Proficiency with PC and experience using CRM systems is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair processes is a plus.
