Telephone Handler

Temporary Position

Location: Quedgeley, GloucesterMy client a trusted provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services across the Southwest. Are currently seeking a Telephone Handler to join their friendly and fast-paced team on a temporary basis.

The RoleAs a Telephone Handler, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to customers, gather essential information, and book appointment slots for their service teams. While their internal team will process the appointments, you’ll play a vital role in contacting customers and ensuring appointments are arranged efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outgoing calls to customers to arrange and schedule appointments.
  • Collect and update customer information accurately.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously at all times.
  • Work closely with the appointments team to ensure a smooth booking process.
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets.

About You:

  • Previous call centre or telephone-based customer service experience is ideal.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
