Juice Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based in Quedgeley, with their search for multiple Customer Service Advisors to support during an exciting time!
No previous office experience is required, we are looking for candidates who have a passion for customer service and sales.
This role is a full time, temporary position for initially for 6-8 weeks with potential to be extended. Once training is completed, you will also be able to work on a hybrid basis (2-3 days at home)
YOU WILL BE:
- Making outbound calls to the database to raise interest and awareness of products- Answering and responding to all incoming enquiries and offer advice and support to clients- Supporting online bookings via the website, where required- Following up on all incomplete bookings with clients- Ensuring that the CRM database is kept up to date with all current customer details
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous customer service/sales experience is essential- Excellent telephone manner- Proficient in Microsoft suite- Able to work to deadlines- Excellent attention to detail
This role is paying £12 - £12.50 per hour, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
