We have an exciting new role become available for a Data Transformation Programme Manager to work for Gloucestershire South Council at their offices in Yate.

The role will be a hybrid contract role working Monday to Friday and will be starting in January for a 6 month contract.

Role Requirements:

  • Led a corporate data transformation programme that significantly improved data architecture and delivered tangible benefits to services and residents.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to rapidly demonstrate the value of improved data.
  • Experience of working collaboratively across the whole council, ideally with evidence of working with hub-and-spoke or matrix management arrangements.
  • Self-starter with ability to independently shape and deliver a brief, using limited resources and managing upwards to ensure senior management visibility.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI and SQL as enterprise solutions, and integrating these with a variety of line of business systems.
