Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general medical care to patients, including management of acute and chronic conditions
- Support and mentor medical students and GP trainees, helping to foster their learning and development
- Contribute to the training and educational activities within the practice
- Work collaboratively with an experienced and supportive team of GPs, nurses, and administrative staff
- Participate in regular clinical meetings, case discussions, and continuing professional development (CPD)
- Maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring that all clinical and administrative protocols are followed
Skills and Experience:
- GMC registration with a license to practice
- Previous experience in general practice is preferred but not essential
- A passion for teaching and mentoring, with a desire to contribute to the development of medical trainees
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- A commitment to professional development and ongoing learning
