About Us:Join our team at a local PRU school in Gloucester as a Social and Emotional Learning Assistant. We're seeking a compassionate individual who can provide dedicated support to students with SEMH needs in both one-on-one and small group settings, including intervention classes. This role offers the chance to positively impact the lives of students and contribute to their emotional and social development - this will be working with KS3/KS4 students.

What We're Looking For:* Experience working with Secondary aged pupils with a range of complex needs.* Strong communication skills and effective behaviour management techniques.* Enthusiastic individuals with high organizational skills and a willingness to learn.* Excellent role models who actively promote positive behaviours in the classroom.

Requirements:* Minimum of 1 years' experience working with children in a school or support work setting.* Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or willingness to apply).* Professional reference checks.* Legal right to work in the UK.
