Interim Regeneration Project Manager (Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate regeneration projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including community groups, businesses, and government agencies, to ensure alignment and support for projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and time lines, ensuring successful delivery within agreed parameters.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and outcomes.
• Aid in acquisitions and disposals.
• Funding application writing and bidding.
• Key focus on feasibility and finding value.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a regeneration or urban development context.
• Strong knowledge of local government processes and community engagement practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant qualifications in project management, urban planning, or related fields are desirable.
