Field Service Engineer Required!
Our client is a leading provider of validation, maintenance, lab equipment repair service and consulting services to the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical device industries.
On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a skilled Field Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and service to clients in the field within the UK and internationally.
- Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
Package:
- £32,000 - £35,000 salary (DOE)
- Quarterly bonus - performance related
- Pension scheme
- Company car
Field Service Engineer - Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Provide on-site training and support to customers on equipment usage.
- Carry out system upgrades and performance optimisations.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Document service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
Field Service Engineer - Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in engineering
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer
- Experience in machine & equipment calibration
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and internationally.
- Full & Clean UK driver's license
- Valid Passport
