Field Service Engineer Required!

Our client is a leading provider of validation, maintenance, lab equipment repair service and consulting services to the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical device industries.

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a skilled Field Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and service to clients in the field within the UK and internationally.

  • Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm

Package:

  • £32,000 - £35,000 salary (DOE)
  • Quarterly bonus - performance related
  • Pension scheme
  • Company car

Field Service Engineer - Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Provide on-site training and support to customers on equipment usage.
  • Carry out system upgrades and performance optimisations.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Document service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.

Field Service Engineer - Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in engineering
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer
  • Experience in machine & equipment calibration
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and internationally.
  • Full & Clean UK driver's license
  • Valid Passport
