The role:* Develop and mentor other team members.* Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering.* Collaborate with multi-discipline teams and stakeholders on matters relating to compatibility test facility. * Prepare technical reports and present to stakeholders.

Background required:* Knowledge of high power and medium voltage power systems and distributions.* Knowledge of compatibility testing of electrical equipment and power electronics.
