Operative/Labourer

Operative/Labourer to work on (Solar Farms) required to work around Gloucester/Cheltenham area.

You must be able to travel up to an hour away and have your own transport.

My client is happy to take on a labourers if you fancy a change of scene and would like to try something different from Domestic jobs. You will be working outside on their Solar Farms - full training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install string cables onto photovoltaic (PV) array tables.
• Make off MC4 connectors at panels and combiner boxes.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards

Skills & Qualifications required:

• Valid CSCS card & to be set up as sole trader and have your own UTR number
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Common Sense and reliability, essential.

Offers:

• £15.55 per hour depending on your experience.
• Working hours; 7am-5pm with an hour for lunch.
• Overtime Saturdays offered.
