Your Responsibilities as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer will include:

  • Provide 2nd Line desktop support to users in response to tickets raised by phone, email, or instant chat.
  • Liaise with 3rd parties: Software and system suppliers that you need to escalate issues to
  • Visting sites where needed to resolve issues raised.
  • Investigate and resolve issues and problems by working with the client, in house team and or 3rd party suppliers.
  • Manage your own workload of tickets, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Ensuring client confidentiality is always kept.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Windows Desktop: Including windows 10 and 11.
  • Apple Mac knowledge
  • Microsoft 365 environment including office 365 and Azure AD
  • Networking, LAN, WAN and Firewalls
  • Google workspace knowledge
  • Great communication skills in all areas
