Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and plans using ArchiCAD.
Contribute to the development of design concepts and technical solutions across diverse sectors, including Commercial, Defence, Education, Health, Hospitality, Housing, and Later Living.
Support senior technicians and architects in project development and execution.
Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate and adheres to relevant standards and regulations.
Participate in site visits and inspections as needed.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals and ensure client satisfaction.
A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD and other relevant design software would be preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
Good understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
A keen interest in sustainable design practices and an understanding of sector-specific requirements.
