Role Overview:I am recruiting for a leading provider of cutting-edge security solutions, committed to protecting businesses and individuals through innovative technology and expert support. As a Security Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing advanced security systems for their clients. Your expertise will ensure the optimal performance of both PC/network-based and analogue systems, supporting a variety of technologies including CCTV, fibre optic transmission systems, and radio telemetry systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on security systems.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in PC/network-based and analogue systems.
- Work with CCTV systems, including an understanding of fibre optic and radio telemetry technologies.
- Provide high-quality customer service while ensuring all security solutions meet client needs.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in regular team meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining security systems.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, including fibre optic transmission and radio telemetry.
- Familiarity with PC/network-based systems and analogue technologies.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
