Employee Relations Advisor (FTC - Minimum 2 Months)Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking for your next opportunity? We're partnering with a well-regarded organisation seeking an Employee Relations Advisor on a fixed-term contract (FTC) for a minimum of 2 months.About the RoleAs an Employee Relations Advisor, you will support the delivery of an effective and efficient Employee Relations service, working closely with managers to ensure best practices are upheld. This role will require a mix of remote and on-site work, with one day per week in the Gloucester office.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance to managers on handling ER issues, both informally and formallyAdvise on ER cases up to final written warning stage, with support on dismissalsMonitor cases proactively to ensure timely resolutionPartner with senior leaders and HR colleagues to promote positive employee relationsSupport and contribute to ER-related projects and policy developmentCoach and train managers to enhance their people management skillsEnsure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulationsAbout YouCIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practicesExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationshipsExperience coaching and advising managers on ER mattersAbility to manage multiple cases and projects efficientlyWhat's on Offer?This is a dynamic role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on ER strategy while benefiting from hybrid working, with just one required day per week in the Gloucester office.
