We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert guidance on people policies and procedures during a period of transformation. This role is offered on a temporary, full-time contract, lasting a minimum of 4 months Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice on all employee relations matters, including performance, grievances, absence management, and workplace disputes.Manage ER cases end-to-end, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.Support managers through disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.Act as a trusted advisor to line managers, offering practical, solution-focused guidance.Work closely with trade unions and employee representatives when needed.Collaborate with the wider ER team to drive consistency and best practices.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in employee relations, with a strong understanding of UK employment law.Skilled in managing complex ER cases, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to advise at all levels.Highly organised with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-moving environment.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, providing expert ER support during a key transformation period.
