What You'll Do:
* Lead and develop a team dedicated to inclusive employment
* Work with partners, employers, and stakeholders to create opportunities
* Oversee performance, quality assurance, and strategic development
* Promote innovation and collaboration across employment services
* Ensure best practices in Supported Employment and Individual Placement & Support models
What We're Looking For:
* Experience managing employment services, HR processes, and workforce planning
* Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
* Ability to manage high-risk situations, safeguarding concerns, and performance targets
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A passion for inclusivity and making a difference
