Description
- Complex, international travel arrangements
- Managing and organising the executive team's diaries and schedules, including conflicting appointments
- Coordinating communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
- Preparing internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Maintaining an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Upholding a strict level of confidentiality
- Managing expense reports and reimbursements
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- An educational background in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
