gap personnel Gloucester are currently recruiting for 4 Production / Manufacturing Operatives for one of the companies in Gloucester (GL2), which specialises in designing and building energy-efficient timber frame homes and passive houses in our home county of Gloucestershire and across the UK.
For those that are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the working hours there are permanent opportunities available.
Main Duties as Production and Manufacturing Operative:
- Making timber building frame panels
- Making frames (wood) using machines / jig, chop saws using nail gun / power tools to assemble
- Manufacture timberframe walls, joists, and roof structures to specification.
- Operate factory machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Adding insulation and lining
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday 7am – 4pm
- Friday 7am – 3:30pm
Hourly Pay Rates
- Basic Rate - £12 p/h
Successful candidates will have experience working in similar role, and be able to use power tools. Full training will be given.
Must be reliable and committed.
