Our client is a highly respected, privately owned firm of Chartered Financial Planners who provide market-leading wealth solutions. They currently have a vacancy for a Head of Administration to join their growing team based in Highnam, Gloucester.

They are looking for an individual who is committed to doing a great job, and who takes pride in their work. This role will be well suited to someone who is a strong communicator and solution focused with customer service at heart!

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience within financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support training, mentorship and management of members of the administration team

-Ensuring administration tasks are completed on time and deadlines across the team are adhered to

-Conducting appraisals and HR requirements for administration team members

-Keeping office areas and meeting rooms tidy and fully replenished

-Assist in the recruitment of new team members to the administration team

Candidate Attributes:

-Able to demonstrate leadership skills

-Excellent administration capabilities

-Written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to meet deadlines and work within restricted timescales

-Strong IT skills, specifically in MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook

Hours; Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Salary: Negotiable+ company pension + free onsite parking
