Our client, a highly rated independent Estate Agency in Gloucestershire, is seeking an employed Mortgage Sales Manager.
The role requires demonstrated expertise in managing financial services or a related leadership position, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
The successful candidate will possess excellent people management, coaching, and communication skills, along with a thorough understanding of sales procedures and financial services.
Duties include overseeing monthly team meetings, ensuring performance goals are met, and supervising the mortgage progression team.
The position offers a basic salary of £50,000 plus bonuses, a Monday to Friday work schedule with no weekend work, and a car allowance.

Experience needed for the role as a Mortgage Sales Manager:

Demonstrated expertise in managing financial services or in a related leadership position.
Excellent people management and leadership abilities.
Thorough understanding of sales procedures, industry rules, and financial services.
Excellent coaching, presenting, and communication skills.
Knowledge of KPI management and the capacity to pinpoint areas in need of development.

Duties as a Mortgage Sales Manager include:

Oversee and conduct monthly team meetings, which include 121s and business reviews.
Make sure that the team meets and surpasses performance goals.
Supervise the team leader and mortgage progression team to promote growth and performance.
