The RoleAs an Audit Assistant Manager, you will oversee your own client portfolio and contribute to revenue and profitability targets. You'll play a vital part in the management team, taking charge of planning, guiding your audit teams, and providing technical advice for complex clients. You'll also support junior team members' development and contribute to strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee client accounts and offer advice for complex cases
  • Act as a key resource in audit planning, from start to close-out meetings
  • Assist with resource management and departmental planning
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment

What We're Looking For

  • ACA/ACCA/CA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP
  • Diverse audit experience across various industries
  • Proven experience mentoring and coaching others
