Reed Accountancy is thrilled to partner with a prestigious client in the search for a dynamic Finance Business Partner. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to provide strategic financial advisory services to internal stakeholders, ensuring the effective financial management of all services. As a key member of the Strategic Finance Team, you will play a crucial role in adapting the finance function to meet evolving needs and support decision-making.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Advisory: Offer high-quality strategic advice on financial strategies, policies, standards, and practices to enable well-informed and timely decision-making.
- Drive Business Development: Lead initiatives to improve productivity, implement cost reduction plans, and identify new revenue streams.
- Project Leadership: Lead or support critical financial projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Financial Expertise: A track record of providing complex financial advice and support.
- Influential Communicator: Ability to influence senior stakeholders on financial issues.
- Project Management: Ability to manage workloads, lead projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Qualifications: Full ACCA or ICAEW qualification.
