Our client who are a not-for-profit organisation based in Gloucester are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their small friendly team on a part-time permanent basis.

They are looking for an individual who is experienced in a senior financial role and committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders at the charity.

Responsibilities:

-Providing financial oversight to the organisation

-Reviewing monthly payroll

-Production of monthly management accounts

-Managing contracts

-Managing the annual budgeting and business planning cycle

-Managing ongoing services including VAT, audit, banking and investments

-Ensuring statutory financial responsibilities and reporting requirements are met

-Managing production of annual accounts through liaison with Auditors

-Responsibility for ensuring the appropriate UK tax, accounting and other appropriate legislation

-Monitoring, reviewing and managing key risks to the organisation

-Improving processes and systems and driving a value for money culture

-Financial aspects of grants applications

Hours - 3 days per week

Salary - £35,000 pro rata + onsite parking
