Financial Accounts Manager

Salary: Up to £65K dependent on experience

T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Financial Accounts Manager on behalf of a successful, multi entity and rapidly growing business services company.

As Financial Accounts Manager, you will ensure the financial stability and compliance of all entities within the Group. Your role will involve overseeing month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll postings, and expense processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. You will also ensure financial practices align with statutory requirements, including VAT and CIS reporting, while driving improvements in financial controls and operational efficiencies.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of 3, contribute to strategic initiatives, collaborate across departments, and support the ongoing growth of our finance function.

As Financial Accounts Manager, key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll postings, and expenses.
  • Ensure VAT and CIS compliance across multiple entities.
  • Enhance financial processes and controls for greater efficiency.
  • Provide technical financial guidance and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and support key financial projects.

To be successful as Financial Accounts Manager, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Ideally a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent)
  • Strong financial reporting and compliance expertise.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Sage 200 and CIS knowledge beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance.
  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments.
