Job Purpose

  • Deliver a high standard of service to a variety of tax clients.
  • Manage the tax compliance process, working directly with clients to handle queries and ensure HMRC deadlines are met.
  • Provide sound tax advisory, delivering technical information in an easy-to-understand way for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Review tax calculations and support tax planning.
  • Support the firm’s strategic direction by scoping new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with clients as their go-to advisor, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.
  • Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow and ROI.
  • Review the work of junior team members, providing supportive mentorship.
  • Set an example to the tax team as a proactive and hands-on Manager.
