Our client, based in Quedgeley, who are a leading independent financial services company are currently recruiting for an Estate Planningadministrator to join their expanding team on a part time permanent basis.

Duties/Responsibilities;

-Processing estate planning documentation with various parties

-Administering cases from initial contact to completion using online systems

-Creating documents, updating and maintaining systems and collation of data

-Answering telephone and email queries from clients

-Managing diaries of advisers

-Provide guidance and updates to all parties

-Building strong working relationships with clients and advisers

-Responsible for maintaining the database ensuring the information is correct

-Provide monthly progress reports to the advisers, as required

-Ensure that required documentation is received and processed in a timely manner

-Ensure that all documentation is maintained in a secure and confidential manner

Salary- Up to £25,000 (pro rata) depending in experience + 25 days holiday (pro rata) + free parking + flexible hours + pension + income protection + life cover + health cash plan

Hours- 21 hours per week
