Export Administration

Acorn by Synergie is on the hunt for a part time Export Administration to join their client based out of Gloucester. The role that will be supporting leading healthcare brands is a great opportunity for somebody who is unable to commit to full-time work yet wanting to develop themselves.

Reporting to the customer service manager will task you to be proactive and reactive to day-to-day tasks such as sales, order documents and international processes.

Duties include:

  • Receipt, processing and despatch of international orders on Export Documentation
  • Data entry
  • Liaise with international freights
  • Processing documentation
  • Maintain orders, customer details and price

Key attributes

  • IT experience
  • Comfortable doing face to face meetings and phone calls.
  • Ability to do cold calling (where necessary)

Hours of work are flexible but must the 25 hours must be done over a 5-day period, the ability to do more than 25 hours is something that may be considered further down the line.
