We are looking for 2 full-time Accounts Payable Analysts for a short-term temporary assignment (2-3 months) to clear their backlogs (resulting from transitioning to a new system) for year end. These roles will be starting ASAP.
The individuals will be managing a specific queue by checking invoices and reviewing their VAT compliancy components, so we are looking for below qualities:
- Efficiency and speed - able to process work items quickly without sacrificing quality
- Accuracy and attention to detail - have a high level of these in both visual checks and data entry
- Patience and resilience - can maintain focus and a problem-solving approach despite the work being repetitive
- Self-motivated and result-driven - thrive in achieving tangible and measurable progress
Salary - £26,838
Hours - Monday - Friday - 40 hours remote working or working from the office, flexible start and finish times!
