About the Role: Our client, a leading organisation operating within a secure environment, is seeking an experienced Cisco Engineer (Unified Communications) for a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge UC technologies in a high-security setting.
Key Responsibilities:
? Design, configure, and support Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions. #
? Implement and maintain Cisco Expressway for secure remote communications.
? Manage and support VOIP infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
? Deploy and maintain Cisco Webex Boards for collaboration.
? Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform root cause analysis of UC services.
? Provide on-site technical support in a classified environment.
? Ensure all work aligns with MOD and Government security protocols.
Required Skills & Experience:
? Proven experience with Cisco UC, Expressway, and VOIP technologies.
? Strong expertise in Cisco Webex Boards deployment & support.
? Previous experience working within MOD or high-security environments.
? Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills.
? Active SC clearance required - MOD DV or Enhanced DV is highly desirable.
