We are seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to provide legal services in conveyancing matters. This role is crucial for coordinating team activities and achieving business objectives, making it ideal for someone with a robust background in residential conveyancing.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Advise and liaise with clients and referral partners on ongoing conveyancing matters.
  • Manage cases effectively, ensuring all client files are organised and updated regularly.
  • Engage in client relationship management to maintain and enhance service satisfaction.
  • Participate in networking and business development activities to ensure continuous work flow.
  • Attend team meetings as appropriate to ensure alignment with team objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven record of handling a mixed caseload of residential sale and purchase transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, and help to buy.
  • Experience in lease extensions, deeds of variation, shared ownership, equity release, and small development setup is advantageous.
  • Likely to have few years experience or PQE
  • Exemplary administration skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of team and take ownership.
  • Outstanding client relationship management skills.
