The Role

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of young people within a solo or multi-bed residential setting, depending on vacancies. You'll be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager, leading the team, and ensuring the highest standards of care.What You'll Need:

  • Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with young people in a residential setting
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for making a difference
  • Willingness to work some weekends and take part in on-call duties
