As the Product Owner you will hold experience and a background in digital strategy and hold a strong understanding of anything digital!

Key Skills and Experiences required:
- Strong Agile and Scrum experience with a thorough understanding of the Product Owner role particularly with a technology focus.
- Exceptional skills in communication and presentation.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Expertise in balancing and managing conflicting stakeholder needs.
- Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Multitasking Ability: Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with product management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- UX/UI Knowledge: Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Industry Knowledge: Insight into the insurance industry, even if gained through different roles (preferable).
- A flexible approach to work and a positive attitude, fully embracing and incorporating the company values.
- Certified Professional: Certified Product Owner credentials (preferable).
