About the Role
Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking an agile and ambitious Digital Transformation Manager to drive our digital evolution and enhance our data-driven decision-making capabilities. Our client’s business is experiencing significant growth, powered by a robust and rapidly expanding customer base. With operations expanding across all three sites, we are heavily investing in a comprehensive digital transformation strategy.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enabling our group of production sites through initiatives such as network upgrades, cloud-based computing, and IoT connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap to enhance digitisation across the business.
- Continuously optimise our existing ERP system and support the adoption of new features.
- Foster a culture of digital innovation and collaborate with the senior management team to shape the IT strategy.
- Contribute strategically to the overall business growth plan.
- Identify, propose, and implement cutting-edge technology solutions with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Lead the implementation of your initiatives with an agile and independent mindset, while receiving support where needed.
- Provide project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Work alongside the existing IT Systems Manager to ensure seamless integration and support.

Experience & Knowledge:
- Degree-level education (preferred but not essential).
- Experience in surface treatment processes within the Aerospace Industry is advantageous.
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent qualifications (preferred).
- Experience in SME-sized businesses is ideal.
