Join the Certification team and lead hardware certification efforts across civil and military aviation projects. From day one, you'll drive certification planning and compliance for airborne electronic hardware (AEH) in a hands-on role that's central to business-critical projects.

Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with DO-254 certification and AEH
- Knowledge of ASIC, FPGA, and CPLD technologies
- Proven ability to lead compliance planning and support regulatory audits

Key Responsibilities
- Define certification strategy and lead compliance planning for aviation systems
- Review and audit development artifacts to ensure certification standards are met
- Conduct pre-assessments for both internal projects and external suppliers
- Support regulatory audits and collaborate with Integrated Project Teams
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical training modules
