Our client who are an award-winning not for profit organisation, providing a wide range of training and qualifications to the beauty industry, are currently recruiting for an Examination Coordinator - Beauty Industry to join their team in Hempsted, Gloucester.

The key responsibilities of this role will be to oversee the day to day running of the admin team, working collaboratively at a professional level to complete the required quality assurance processes and protocols for pre and post examinations.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to take a steady approach as you navigate the "learning curve" of this newly developed role.

Key responsibilities:

-Organise and host team meetings, 121’s and training and development

-Ensure all paperwork is processed in a timely and accurate manner to meet examination deadlines-Organise and conduct yearly audits and produce relevant documentation

-Support the growth and be instrumental in the development of the business

-Uphold and maintain governance requirements

-Support colleagues and other areas of the business as required

Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm - office based

Salary - From £30,000 depending on experience +

-25 days holiday + bank holidays

-CEO regularly gets pizza/lunch delivered to the office for the staff
