Great opportunity to join the team of an expanding and leading technology company based in Quedgeley, as an Internal Sales Executive! This is a full-time and permanent position.
The company has experienced a large amount of growth in recent times, and they anticipate even more. They are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the existing sales team within a fast-paced environment. The person will form an important and integral part of an expanding business and at an exciting time within the companys history.
Responsibilities:
-Updating the CRM system on a regular basis
-Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
-Conducting research on market trends and competitors' products
-Generating revenue by selling products or services to potential customers by phone, email or other virtual channels
-Identifying and qualifying leads
-Producing sales presentations
-Negotiating deals and closing sales
-Search potential market areas for business opportunities
-Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote both products and the business
-Creating sales forecasts & actively work towards reaching them
-Deliver in person & online sales presentations with prospective and existing customers
-Work alongside the engineering team to find resolutions and solutions for all new and existing customers
Candidate Attributes:
-Knowledge of software including MSWord, Excel & Outlook
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
-Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
-Possess a strong desire to understand the companys products
-Strong time management skills & the ability to multitask
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Strong attention to detail
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm, Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Salary: £28k +, depending on experience
