They are the bridge between brokers and insurers, offering valuable insights into risk coverage and facilitating the clearance of referrals. With training, you will evolve into a policy expert, gaining in-depth knowledge of our two insurance schemes. This expertise will enable you to confidently guide brokers, ensuring they understand the relevant policy conditions and exclusions. This role will also play a vital role in the creation and management of renewal documentation for our brokers, working closely with the Development UW Manager to ensure a smooth renewal process is upheld.Your primary responsibility is to facilitate new business placement, streamlining the process for our clients. You will become proficient in utilising our systems and Customer Relationship Management tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation and auditing of renewal documentation
  • Give clear and accurate advice on risk presentations on the phone and via email
  • Explain policy detail with clarity and confidence to our broker partners
  • Liaise with our Insurers regarding referrals and building out our delegated authority understanding
  • Become a policy/scheme expert within depth understanding of policy wordings
