The Partnership Exec role is vital to the success and service of the relevant department. The fundamental role will involve managing all leads which are brought into the department by the Business Development Manager. Both colleagues will work in tandem to ensure we achieve the budget expectations set by the business. The PE will triage all leads received to encourage a higher contact & sales rate. This will have a direct effect on Lead to Quote & Quote to Sale percentages. This will be a direct KPI which increases conversions and revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Be an effective communicator and be comfortable in objection handling
  • Consistently meet KPI’s set out by group
  • Liaise with sales teams to demonstrate upcoming sales pipeline and successfully arrange new business sales
  • Support BD with New Business & Renewal targets

  • High Level of Attention to Detail
  • Highly Organised
  • Team player
  • Previous experience in Sales or Contact Centre Roles would be advantageous
