We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Solicitor focusing on Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases. This role is crucial in coordinating team activities and achieving business objectives. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial consultations and client triage as required.
  • Advise and liaise with clients on personal injury and clinical negligence matters.
  • Manage ongoing cases efficiently to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and manage all communication effectively.
  • Negotiate settlements and other case-related matters diligently.
  • Engage in networking and business development activities to enhance commercial workflows.
  • Review and manage WIP (Work In Progress) and client financing for ongoing matters.
  • Achieve monthly and year-end financial targets through diligent fee production.
  • Collect outstanding debts and manage financial transactions related to cases.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, ensuring alignment with team goals.
  • Keep case files well-organised and updated regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, using DPS for all documentation and correspondence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1 Year to Mid-level PQE in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage personal workload and priorities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and client relationship skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new systems quickly.
  • Experience in data collation and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting tight deadlines.
