We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Solicitor focusing on Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases. This role is crucial in coordinating team activities and achieving business objectives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Conduct initial consultations and client triage as required.
- Advise and liaise with clients on personal injury and clinical negligence matters.
- Manage ongoing cases efficiently to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage all communication effectively.
- Negotiate settlements and other case-related matters diligently.
- Engage in networking and business development activities to enhance commercial workflows.
- Review and manage WIP (Work In Progress) and client financing for ongoing matters.
- Achieve monthly and year-end financial targets through diligent fee production.
- Collect outstanding debts and manage financial transactions related to cases.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, ensuring alignment with team goals.
- Keep case files well-organised and updated regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, using DPS for all documentation and correspondence.
- 1 Year to Mid-level PQE in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage personal workload and priorities.
- Exceptional negotiation and client relationship skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new systems quickly.
- Experience in data collation and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting tight deadlines.
