If you are passionate about making a positive impact and want to contribute to a sustainable future, this is the ideal place for you.Your new roleYou will help to ensure the most effective and efficient use of company funds through robust and professional purchasing methods, ensuring optimum material availability. The role will involve ordering all material requirements, ensuring the best cost, optimum stock levels and customer satisfaction. Review demand from the SAP / MRP process.

  • Review planned orders and create requisitions for raw materials.
  • Support Procurement Specialist with all procurement functions.
  • Control inventory level vs budget.
  • Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.
  • Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts, reports non-conformances.
  • Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates and cost.
  • Reviews, updates and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.

What you'll need to succeed

  • SAP experience is an advantage, but full training will be given.
  • IT literate (MS Office) - Excel skills essential
  • Minimum of 3 years working in a similar environment to planning & procurement within manufacturing
  • Must be able to travel to the site daily.
