iRecruit4 are hiring for a Sales Administrator to work for our client in Gloucester du to continue expansion. This position is a full time, permanent position.

Job Duties:
The role will be diverse and varied, assisting, and providing excellent administrative support to the Directors and Senior Management team.

  • General administration including answering the phone and answering general enquiries via emails
  • Raising sales orders using information received by email and Phone calls from customers.
  • Providing project support to colleagues.
  • Creating reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Getting involved in a wide variety of tasks to support the business.
  • Data Entry, Invoice imputing,
  • Creating delivery labels for the warehouse
The ideal Candidate will have:
  • Administrative or office working experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A good phone manner will be essential in this role.
  • Time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Substantial experience with Microsoft Office and Excel and data imputing in XERO
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mind set will be beneficial to this role.
  • Be able to work on own initiative, prioritise and manage workload effectively.
  • Sales support and compilation and update of KPIS and regular reporting and analysis
