Job Duties:
The role will be diverse and varied, assisting, and providing excellent administrative support to the Directors and Senior Management team.
- General administration including answering the phone and answering general enquiries via emails
- Raising sales orders using information received by email and Phone calls from customers.
- Providing project support to colleagues.
- Creating reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Getting involved in a wide variety of tasks to support the business.
- Data Entry, Invoice imputing,
- Creating delivery labels for the warehouse
- Administrative or office working experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A good phone manner will be essential in this role.
- Time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Substantial experience with Microsoft Office and Excel and data imputing in XERO
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mind set will be beneficial to this role.
- Be able to work on own initiative, prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- Sales support and compilation and update of KPIS and regular reporting and analysis
