Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
Providing accurate information on products to customers
Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance
Helping and support customers, giving them the peace of mind

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Agent:

Experience working within a sales role or customer service environment (preferably in a call centre)
You should be target-driven
Strong communication and listening skills are required
High level of resilience with the motivation to succeed is required due to the nature of the role
Being passionate about providing customers great customer service is necessary
