Day to Day:

  • The role is working on a responsive repairs contract MOD housing, dealing with Gas breakdown and repairs.
  • Arranging engineers to visit tenants' property to carryout repairs
  • Liaising with engineers and tenants over the phone
  • Inputting information on a database, excel spreadsheet
  • Making outgoing calls to customers

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Excellent general office admin experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft office programs, excel spreadsheets, outlook emails
  • Office based role Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (parking available at office)
