Senior Manager, up to £450pd, Children’s Home, GloucestershirePertemps are recruiting for a highly experienced Interim Senior Manager to progress Gloucestershire’s Children’s Home Strategy.Gloucetsershire are midway through the strategic planning process and are leaidng up to mobilisation, with expansion of the programme leading to the opening two more homes, as part of a wider Capital Project.The ideal candidate will have significant experience of managing and/or leading the development of children’s homes up to registration with Ofsted, ideally within local authorities. They will be required to offer their expertise to Gloucestershire on a part-time basis, up to 3 days a week (negotiable) by working alongside the team already in place and providing their expertise.  Working patterns are flexible, although we would require the ideal candidate to have the ability to be in Gloucester on a weekly basis, specifically to oversee the ongoing development of the refurbished children’s homes, all of which are subject of significant investment from the Council.
