Sub Agent

Fawkes and Reece are recruiting for a Sub Agent to join a tier one contractor that are delivering a large highways project in Gloucester.

Sub Agent duties include:
* Advising the engineering team with solutions to technical challenges
* Assist in production and integration of 3-week programmes
* Manage designs from the inhouse and external designers
* Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing
* Collaborate with the project team on resource, plant and material requirements
* Training and mentoring the junior members of the engineering team
* Demonstrate value engineering throughout the construction process
* Managing RFI's and Technical Queries
