Permanent role 30 hours a week. We are open to candidate proposals on how these hours are worked across the week.
£40476 - £45718. The final salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate within this salary bracket.
Our team work on a flexible and hybrid working model enabling a blend of onsite and remote working.
- Are you a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor with a passion for improving and promoting health and wellbeing at work?
- The Occupational Health Service are looking for an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join their exceptional team to deliver key Occupational health services to employees within the county of Gloucestershire. Employees work in a variety of settings including our traded services and core services such as education, Fire and Rescue service, Adult and Children's Social Care.
- Our team of Occupational Health practitioners deliver a range of services including referral advice, new starter health clearance, health screening medicals including driver medicals and safety critical medicals alongside health promotion activities and initiatives to support the commitment to employee wellbeing.
- By joining our Occupational Health team, you will be at the very centre of promoting and protecting the health and wellbeing of the workforce. We have a new Health and Wellbeing Strategy which underlines our commitment to the work undertaken by Occupational Health. You'd be a senior practitioner in our close knit and supportive team, reporting to our Clinical Team Manager and supporting our Case Managers.
This is a full time role on a Permanent basis.
